Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered, but in the rare instance you are not happy with our product, please note below the return and exchange policy.


  • Avaa product is eligible for exchange for size-related issues, within 48 hours of delivery if original packaging and tags are intact & the product is not used or washed. Any request received after the returnable window is not eligible for returns/exchange.
  • We offer size exchange only for the same style of clothing purchased
  • We are unable to entertain requests to replace garments with a different style even if the price is the same
  • In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, you should email us an image of the defective/damaged item along with packaging it was received in within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • In case of a damaged package, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) Additionally, please ensure to write “Received Damaged “on the delivery receipt when accepting and signing off with the courier partner.
  • Our customer care team will investigate and revert within 2 working days. Upon receipt of communication from our customer care team, we will arrange return pick up at an agreed-upon time in case of defective/damaged product
  • In case of a garment size exchange, the product will have to be shipped by the customer and any cost arising out of such shipping shall be borne by the customer only
  • Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to quality inspection and if it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines
  • In the rare occurrence that a replacement product is not available for the defective/damaged product, the amount will be refunded back through the same payment mode that you used to place the order, we will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.

 Products that do not qualify for return or exchange


  • Products purchased during the sale period/discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products purchased prior to sale cannot be exchanged during sale period.
  • Accessories and Jewellery are not eligible for returns or exchange
  • Footwear sought to be exchanged, should be unused and must be tried on a carpeted surface as worn soles will not be accepted for exchange.
  • Customized products are not eligible for returns, exchange, or refund
  • Home category products are not eligible for returns or exchange unless the product delivered has a quality/manufacturing defect OR has been delivered broken/damaged
  • Garments that are damaged stained or torn while trying on. Please do not try on the garment while you are wearing any make-up, perfume, lipstick, or any such product that may transfer onto the garment.
  • Articles that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be defective and damaged goods.



Colour Display Variation

Actual colors may vary. This is due to different screens of laptops, computer monitors, tablets, smartphones, etc displaying colors differently and everyone can see these colors differently. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible. But please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your screen.We do our very best to make sure our display of product is as close to the exact product as possible, but cannot guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
