We ship through registered and trusted courier partners for orders within India as well as overseas. Because each craftsman and artisan’s process is unique, shipping times may vary. or shipping timelines, please refer to the product descriptions page for each product.

• We offer free shipping for all domestic orders above INR 2,500.
• There will be shipping charges for orders under INR 2500, shipping and handling rates vary based on the product size and volume, the packaging required, and the shipping destination.
• Orders will be shipped within a time period of 2-7 days from our warehouse.
• Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9 am to 7 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
• Address change will be accepted only if an order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if the new location is within the same state.
• As soon as your package ships, we will email/message you your package tracking information.
• In case of failure to deliver due to incorrect details, no refunds will be entertained.

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before it is returned to us. In case it is returned to us after 3 attempts, or the package is refused by the recipient. no refunds will be entertained.
